MSR, short for Mountain Safety Research, is an American company making equipment for mountaineering and hiking. It is especially well known for its stoves, which are used on expeditions and in cold, high-altitude conditions, as well as for its cookware and shelter products.

From MSR we carry at Petridi:

  • Cook sets – light and compact
  • Stoves – gas and liquid fuel
  • Gas cartridges
  • Outdoor cutlery
  • Bivy sacks for lightweight overnights

MSR gear is built for climbers and hikers who need reliability when conditions get tough: a stove that lights in the cold, pots that nest inside each other and minimal weight in the pack. It is just as useful on a relaxed camping trip as on a winter ascent of a Greek summit.

At Petridi, in Thessaloniki since 1949, we will explain the difference between gas and liquid fuel stoves and help you make the right choice for your trips. Shop MSR in our stores or online, with delivery anywhere in Greece.
