Delivery

There is an option where you can pickup your order from one of our stores within the working hours. Please note that you will have to inform us regarding your pickup 1 day before the pickup date to ensure that we have everything in stock. We accept the following payment options within our stores.

Shipping fees for EU countries  

At the checkout please select the destination country and the shipping fees will be automatically calculated. In case your country does not appear on the listed countries please contact us to see if we can manage to send you the parcel. 

Courier

We send our parcels via ACS Courier, Geniki Taxydromiki or ELTA depending of the delivery location or size of the parcel. Our main goal is to deliver you the goods you have purchased with the most convenient, secure and fast way. The shipping fees are automatically calculated and added to your total amount that you have to pay. 

Canceling an order

You can cancel your order within the next 3 hours of your purchase. Login to your profile and send us a cancellation message regarding your order.

Returning an item

You can return your item 15 days after the day you receive your parcel. The returning shipping fees are paid by the customer. In order to be able to accept your return, the item purchased must be in its initial state. If you wish to return an item please contact us via the messaging service inside your user panel.
