List of products by brand Altra

Altra designs running shoes with a zero drop and a wide toe box. At Petridi we can look for Altra shoes for you. Contact us for availability and alternative suggestions.

Altra is a running shoe brand with a distinctive philosophy. Altra shoes have a zero drop between heel and toe, so the foot lands more naturally, and a wide, foot-shaped toe box (FootShape) that lets the toes spread out freely.

Altra shoes cover:

  • Trail running shoes for running on trails and in the mountains
  • Road running shoes for asphalt and training
  • Light shoes for hiking with a small load

Altra's wide toe box appeals to runners with wide feet and to anyone who wants more comfort over long distances. If you have never run in zero-drop shoes, it is wise to make the transition gradually so your calves and Achilles tendons can adapt. Many hikers also use the trail models on lighter routes.

We do not currently have active Altra products in our e-shop. Contact Petridi in Thessaloniki, with experience going back to 1949, so we can check availability or suggest other running and hiking shoes, with delivery across Greece.
