Compact, reliable and delight

It is rain-resistant (IPX5), equipped with a lock function, and has backlit buttons for easy on/off operation in the dark. Glow’s anti-slip details allow you to place it on uneven surfaces, whether on the ground or on a table. Use one hook to tilt the lamp or both hooks to hang it in your tent.

250 lumens of efficient work light or cosy campfire glow

The Glow camping lamp offers 250 lumens light output with a frosted lampshade that creates a warm and bright 360° glow. It has two light modes—cool white and warm white—for different situations. The cool white light is an efficient work light when setting up camp, cooking, or organizing, while the warm white light creates a cosy campfire glow for relaxing, socializing, or reading. Both light modes feature four brightness levels, including a super low and battery-saving 5-lumen mode. Glow runs on both AAA batteries and the Silva Hybrid Battery.

Silva is a Swedish company with a long history in navigation compasses, used by hikers, mountaineers and orienteers around the world. Alongside its compasses, Silva also makes lighting for outdoor activities.

  • Compasses for hiking, mountaineering and orienteering
  • Headlamps for running and hiking
  • Flashlights
  • Camping lanterns

At Petridi our Silva range focuses on compasses, from simple models for beginners to more technical compasses for precise map navigation. You will also find headlamps, flashlights and lanterns. They are aimed at hikers, mountaineers, scouts, mountaineering course students and trail runners. A compass remains a reliable tool that needs no battery or signal, which is why it belongs in every backpack alongside a topographic map. A headlamp is also essential in case your route runs late into the evening.

Petridi in Thessaloniki, since 1949, can show you how to use a Silva compass properly together with a map. Drop by our stores or buy online with delivery anywhere in Greece.
