Description:

The solid finger guard optimizes safety and the robust handle makes the knife sit even better in your hand. Available with blades of carbon steel and stainless steel. Both blades are of highest quality, made for top performances, in our factory in Mora, Sweden.

This knife is designed and intended for Scandinavian construction workers. Here, our priority is a sharp and durable edge with a good grip, which means that the look of the spine isn’t a high priority feature. You are more than welcome to use any of our knives for your intended needs, but keep in mind that the spine will be “raw” (not grinded) on most craftsmen and construction knives. Therefore, it’s not compatible with a fire starter.

Morakniv is a Swedish company from the town of Mora, an area with a long tradition of knife making. Mora knives are known worldwide for their sharp blades, ergonomic handles and excellent value, and are considered a classic choice for bushcraft, camping and woodcarving. They are simple, tough and made to be used.

From Morakniv we carry at Petridi:

  • Fixed-blade knives for bushcraft, camping and fishing
  • Outdoor cutlery
  • Fire starters
  • Woodcarving tools
  • Axes

A Morakniv knife is often the first knife someone buys when getting into bushcraft, and it remains a reliable tool for experienced users too. The blades are easy to sharpen, and the woodcarving tools let you make spoons and small wooden objects around the campfire or at home.

At Petridi, where knives have held a special place since 1949, we will help you choose between stainless and carbon steel blades. Visit us in Thessaloniki or order your Morakniv knife online, with delivery anywhere in Greece.
