Trekking Poles Telescopic Trekking Pole

Telescopic Trekking Pole

Telescopic trekking pole suitable for extra support and safety in rough terrain. Its parts come into each other, and the length can be adapted to your height and the slope of the terrain you walk upon. Its use synchronizes the movement of foot and hands by helping to maintain a steady hiking rate even when the terrain begins to become slightly sloping. It reduces the pressure on the knees, the ankles and soles especially on downhill, while increasing your speed and helps in balance and proper posture. In addition, fatigue will be distributed to different muscle groups, not only on your feet.
