Specifications:

  • Made in France

Beal is a French company whose name is closely linked with climbing and mountaineering ropes. Besides dynamic and static ropes, it makes equipment such as carabiners, pulleys and harnesses for climbers, mountaineers, cavers and professionals.

At Petridi you will find from Beal:

  • Dynamic and static climbing ropes
  • Carabiners
  • Pulleys
  • Climbing harness

The rope is the most important link in a climber’s safety chain. The choice depends on the use: sport climbing, multi-pitch routes, mountaineering, caving or work at height. Beal ropes come in different diameters and lengths, while the carabiners and pulleys complete belay and hauling systems. Remember that every rope has a limited lifespan and must be inspected regularly. Store it away from sunlight and chemicals, and use a rope bag to keep it clean at the crag. A well-cared-for rope handles better and lasts longer.

Petridi staff, with experience in Thessaloniki going back to 1949, will guide you to the right Beal rope for your routes. Buy in store or through our e-shop with delivery across Greece.
